This is amazing! We know that a "Blonde Espresso" or also called "Sweet Espresso" may throw people off. ESPRESSO IS DARK AND STRONG! Well, it is all in the process! When roasting these beans, we stopped at the "First Crack." This is a lower temperature roast than what you are used to. The First Crack refers to the audible 'crack' of a coffee bean as the water inside vaporizes during the roasting process. What results is a higher acidity level in the coffee (aka: brighter cup) and the natural fruity flavors of the bean come out. Don't worry - this packs just as much caffeine as you would expect, but it is light and well-balanced.
