We love Sweet Cream! There are many ways to do it, and we have found this is the tastiest while also being healthier than the traditional recipes.
Mix in a large mason jar:
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup 2% Milk
Simple Syrup: 6 Tablespoons of Monkfruit mixed with just enough water to stir. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir well.
1 Table Spoon Vanilla Extract
Shake well and chill in Refrigerator.
Monkfruit is an all natural, plant-based sugar substitute. It is Ketogenic and you will never know you aren't using real sugar. Of course, use whatever you want.
In traditional Sweet Cream recipes, Sweet Condensed Milk is used instead of Heavy Cream. We prefer Heavy Cream to cut out the sugar.
