This is our DECAF House Espresso. The label represents the sun setting on another day, and while we love coffee - we know we can't be having too much caffeine late in the day. The term, "DECAF," needs to be better understood. It does not mean "uncaffeinated." Decaf means that the majority of the caffeine has been removed through a specific process. For us, we use the Swiss Water Process to remove the majority of the caffeine.

This coffee is a meticulous blend of 6 different beans from Indonesia, Africa, Central America & South America. Sometimes people are thrown off by the term, "Espresso." All Espresso's are coffee, but not all coffees are Espresso. Go ahead and brew this your favorite way - you won't be sorry!
